Board Members


Paul Linehan, Chairman

Elected to the Board in 2013. Paul is a registered professional engineer and president of F.J. Linehan Associates, a consulting engineer firm established in the Boston area in 1952.

Paul is an active volunteer in his hometown as Chairman of the Town of Sharon Capital Outlay Committee since 2004. He also founded HEDUP, a volunteer-outreach educational ministry, to assist people seeking high school equivalency and other educational goals.


William Hardy, Treasurer

Elected to the Board in 2017. Bill served as the Chairman of the Board of Your Life Matters in Southbridge, MA and was instrumental in the merger of the two organizations in 2016. He is an elder at Holland Congregational Church and works as the COO of a civil engineering firm.


Pastor David Hill, Clerk

Elected to the Board in 2012. Dave is the leading pastor at Abundant Grace Church in Boston and is a founder of the Greater Boston Prayer Initiative. He and his wife, Ingrid, have supported YOM since it started in 1996.


Emily Colson

Elected to the Board in 2017, Emily Colson is an author and speaker. In her book Dancing with Max – awarded “Book of the Year” by the Autism Society – Emily and her father, the late Chuck Colson, share the struggle and beauty of life with Max, Emily’s son who has autism. Emily has told her story of hope throughout churches nationwide, as well as on numerous media outlets. She is passionate about engaging families affected by disability with the church. Emily currently serves on the President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities. She also serves as on several ministry boards including The Colson Center for Christian Worldview. Elder Reginald Smalls

Elder Reginald Smalls has been married to Monica for over 28 years and they have two sons, Marquis & Isaiah. After serving in youth ministry for over 25 years he was installed as the Senior Pastor at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Dorchester, MA in 2014. He also serves as a District Elder of the New England District of the United Holy Church of America. He has his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and is also a graduate of Bethel Bible Institute where he currently teaches the sophomore class. He is also a Graduate of the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative and serves as the President of the Christian Youth Basketball League. He currently works for Safeguard Security & Surveillance as a sales representative.


Paul Keough, MD. – Medical Director

Elected to the Board in 2020. Dr. Paul Keough is a board certified OB/GYN who is also deeply passionate about defending life. Dr. Keough has managed and treated a variety of medical dysfunctions. He offers a full range of services in women’s health. His consultations are consistently exhaustive and precise, and he makes it a priority to provide his patients with the best comprehensive care available.


Teresa Larkin, President & Executive Director

Elected to the Board in 2010. Teresa Larkin serves as the current Executive Director. Beginning in 1999, Teresa has served in the ministry in several capacities including patient advocate, center director and lead director. She is also the Director of the Prayer Ministry at her church.


Pastor Richard Reid

Richard Reid is the pastor of North Baptist Church in Brockton, MA. Additionally, he is the director of the Friends of Irish Research, the Alliance of Massachusetts Genealogists & the David Allen Lambert Library which are all based at the church. He is a professional genealogist who helps people research their family heritage using records and DNA. Richard is also a computer specialist who has worked in the industry for over 35 years teaching in high schools, trade schools and colleges. and running his own consulting business. As a ministry of the church, Richard acquires and recommissions computers for missionaries around the world.


Joe Meeks

Elected to the Board in 2023, Joe is the grateful husband of Gretchen for 41 years, father to three grown children and grandfather to ten (ages 1 month to 9 years). Recently retired from a career in high technology, Joe is Co-Chair of the Cape Cod Pro-Life Alliance which draws its members from twenty-two different churches and Christian organizations on the Cape and mainland side of the canal. Joe also teaches Christian education to sixth graders and is active in the pro-life ministry at St. Francis Xavier Church in Hyannis MA.  



Dr. Maria Falzon-Kirby, MD -OB/GYN

Dr. Maria Falzon is a board-certified Ob/Gyn by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists in London. Dr. Falzon has practiced over 53 years. Licensed and trained in Malta, London and the United States, Dr. Falzon has expertise in gynecologic care and breast care. She graduated from University of Malta Faculty of Medicine & Surgery medical school in 1967. She has been affiliated with St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. She is a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Physician Guild as well as a Member of the Knights and Dames of Malta.


Brendan H. O’Connell

Brendan grew up in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1976 majoring in Finance. He graduated with a Masters in Business Administration where his emphasis was in the Entrepreneur & Venture Management program.

He has worked in mergers and acquisitions for a Fortune 500 company acquiring 8 companies in 4 years. He has worked as a business management consulting throughout his career. He has been involved with the right to life, he has served as the Chairman of the Margaret O’Hara West Roxbury-Roslindale chapter of Massachusetts Citizens for Life. During his tenure, he created a television show called ‘Life Matters’.


Mark Lowney, MD.

Dr. Mark Lowney is a board certified OB/GYN who is passionate about defending life. He is trained in the RU-486 Abortion Pill Reversal. In addition to his pro-life work, Mark volunteers as a doctor during annual mission trips to Haiti.
